  • "I'm 24 and my wife is 23.  We have 2 small children.  Would you rent to us?"

"Yes, if you meet all other conditions on: 

  • "We have to come into town for business for 3 days during the week.  We wish to bring the kids/nanny along and your place would be perfect to entertain them until we can gather again for dinners. Would you consider a 2 nt stay?"

"Possibly.  If the calendar allows for a quick stay & turnover during your time period.  Please note that cleaning fees would not be discounted as the home will still require a full clean between guests."

  • "We are needing a place to set up a 'workcamp' for a week.  There would be 15 adults in all with possible visiting daytime employees for meetings, etc."

Sorry, due to our septic/well requirements we are unable to accommodate large groups of adults only.  Our max adults in a group is 8 unless otherwise approved & overall total guest count is kept low.
